She Care Wellness Pods – Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation: Through a partnership with the She Care Wellness Pods initiative, Tiana is contracted as a therapist and wellness provider, offering trauma-informed yoga, soundbaths, and therapeutic support to students at Bennett College and greater Greensboro Community. Rooted in her clinical expertise and somatic approach, her work centers rest, embodiment, and emotional regulation for Black women. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to increasing access to culturally relevant mental health care on HBCU campuses.
The Loveland Foundation - Free Therapy with Voucher
As a provider for The Loveland Foundation, Tiana offers therapy sessions to Women in need through the use of their free therapy vouchers. The Loveland Foundation works to provide mental health support to Black women and girls, and this partnership allows Tiana to offer accessible care to those facing financial barriers to therapy.
Therapy for Black Girls Directory:
Tiana is a proud member of the Therapy for Black Girls Directory, a resource designed to connect Black women and girls to culturally competent therapists. This directory provides access to a community of mental health professionals who understand the unique needs and experiences of Black individuals, and Tiana is honored to be part of this supportive network.

Revive Black Mental Health Conference:
Tiana joined Black Mental Health Professionals in Durham, NC for a powerful conference “ Revive: Breathing Life Back into the Healing Space” focused on healing, innovation, and self-care. She contributed to panel conversations around mental health disparities in the Black community and closed the day with a restorative soundbath experience—offering space for attendees to reconnect, release, and ground themselves in community care.

Hosted at the BLHF She Care Wellness Pods in collaboration with Bennett College, North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, E.L.E.V.A.T.E.H.E.R NCAT and MastHERpiece, this Women’s History Month event brought together women redefining leadership, success, and rest. Tiana spoke about belonging, transition, and mental wellness for students.
Coping Through the Double Pandemic – UNCG Black Alumni Association
This timely conversation addressed the impact of both COVID-19 and racial trauma on Black mental health. Tiana and a panel of Black clinicians offered tangible coping strategies and emotional support tools, engaging in a Q&A to support community wellness through uncertainty.
Manifesting Inclusion Series – LinkedIn
Tiana joined a diverse panel of mental health professionals to explore how identity influences well-being, especially for historically marginalized groups. She spoke about student mental health, collective healing, and holistic approaches to care that center inclusion and lived experience.
